Shipping policy
1. General Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via the online store operated by
Marlano / Marlano / Maximilian Beerden
– hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.
Delivery is carried out via external shipping service providers. As a dropshipping retailer, the Seller does not stock all products locally.
2. Shipping Destinations
Orders are shipped to customers residing in Germany.
Shipping to other countries is only available if explicitly stated in the online store.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed clearly during the checkout process before the order is completed (§ 312j BGB).

No hidden shipping or handling fees are charged.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are borne by the customer.
4. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after receipt of payment.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare the order for shipment and does not include transit time.
5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Due to the nature of dropshipping, delivery times may vary depending on supplier location, shipping method, customs clearance, and carrier performance.
In accordance with § 271 BGB, delivery shall take place within a reasonable period.
6. Delays in Delivery
The Seller shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by:

suppliers or manufacturers,

shipping service providers,

customs processing,
-
force majeure events (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, pandemics).
Such delays do not entitle the customer to claims for damages or compensation.
7. Partial Shipments
The Seller reserves the right to deliver orders in partial shipments, provided this is reasonable for the customer (§ 266 BGB).
Additional shipping costs will not be charged to the customer for partial deliveries.
8. Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods (§ 446 BGB).
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the customer bears the responsibility for any resulting delays or additional costs.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

The Seller is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

Additional shipping costs due to reshipment may be charged to the customer.
10. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided to the customer after shipment.
The Seller does not guarantee real-time tracking accuracy, as tracking data is provided by third-party carriers.
11. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, the customer must contact the Seller without undue delay after the estimated delivery date.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments are handled in accordance with statutory provisions (§§ 434 ff. BGB) and the policies of the respective shipping service providers.
12. No Pickup Option
Local pickup is not available, as all orders are shipped directly from external fulfillment partners.

14. Applicable Law
