Refund policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Sections 312g and 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email).

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from the contract, we will refund all payments received from the customer excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of the withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first (Section 357 (4) BGB).

3. Return of Goods

The customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal was declared.

  • The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods (Section 357 (6) BGB)

  • Unpaid or insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted

  • Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed

4. Condition of Returned Goods / Compensation for Loss of Value

In accordance with Section 357 (7) BGB, the customer is liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In particular:

  • Goods must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and complete

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • In the event of signs of use, odors, stains, or damage, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation for loss of value or to refuse a refund entirely

5. No Restocking Fee

No restocking or handling fee will be charged.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Final Sale)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB)

  • Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale,” “non-returnable,” or “excluded from withdrawal”, provided this information was clearly communicated before the conclusion of the contract

  • Underwear, swimwear without a hygiene seal, and comparable hygiene-related items

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Obvious defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported to us without undue delay, no later than 48 hours after receipt of the goods, including appropriate photographic evidence.

If such notification is not made within this period, we reserve the right to reject warranty claims to the extent legally permissible.

8. Liability Disclaimer for Returns

We assume no liability for:

  • Loss or damage of returned goods during transit

  • Returns sent without tracking

  • Delays caused by shipping service providers

The risk and responsibility for the return shipment lie entirely with the customer.

10. Final Provisions

This Refund and Return Policy applies exclusively to consumers residing in Germany.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
